Job Summary
The Travel CNA will provide assistance with basic health care needs to assigned residents. This includes daily living activities such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs, and providing psychosocial support. The Travel CNA will also assist residents with meals and snacks, provide water and supplements as appropriate, and participate in departmental/organization committees and task forces as needed. We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team as a Travel CNA.
A High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) is preferred, but not required. Minimum age of 16. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care is preferred. Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement.
