Job Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long-term care facilities under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures the health, comfort, and safety of residents
- Documents resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary
- Provides technical support to healthcare professionals as needed
Requirements
Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
