Job Description
This position is responsible for providing direct patient care, including assessing resident needs, developing individualized plans of care, and implementing interventions to promote optimal health outcomes. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in nursing, with a focus on gerontology and long-term care. They should also be proficient in using EMRs and other technology systems used in our facilities.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a graduate degree from a nationally accredited nursing program, a current RN license, and relevant experience in long-term care. Additionally, you should be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate clearly with residents and staff, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
