What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiving Professional position at Good Samaritan Society?
Our Mission and Values
Serving seniors with a commitment to quality care and service in a Christian environment is at the heart of our organization. Our team strives to provide individualized nursing care to residents, collaborating with them, their families, and other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Care Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Rehab unit at Sioux Falls Village. This role requires a passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our patients as they recover and rehabilitate.
The ideal candidate will have a background in nursing, preferably with experience in long-term care, short-stay rehab, or memory care units. A bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred, but not required. Currently, an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring is essential.
In addition to competitive compensation, we offer an attractive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and a generous time off package to maintain a healthy home-work balance. We value diversity and are committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
