">About the Role:
">The Nursing Assistant serves as a vital caregiver to residents in long-term care, providing essential support and services. As a member of our nursing team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and promoting the well-being of our residents.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Provide resident-centered care, including daily living assistance and basic health care needs. ">
- Assist with transfers, repositioning, and walking using proper techniques and equipment. ">
- Complete tasks related to food preparation and dining, creating a positive experience for residents. ">
- Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care, behavior, activity, and dietary. ">
- Communicate resident's changing condition and care-related concerns or responses to charge nurses. ">
Requirements:

- High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred. ">
- Minimum age of 16. ">
- Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred. ">
- Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing. ">
- Satisfactorily complete yearly department-specific competency testing and maintain continuing education credits. ">
