Job Responsibilities
Your primary duties as a CNA will include:
- Providing resident-centered care and daily living assistance to assigned residents under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).
- Assisting with basic health care needs, including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs, and providing psychosocial support and other personal care to assigned residents.
- Documenting resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary.
- Communicating resident's changing condition and care-related concerns/responses to the charge nurse.
Salary and Benefits
