Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Nursing Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with our registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, vital sign collection, and documentation of resident interactions.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, treatment, and progress.
Requirements and Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or completion of a training program with certification obtained within four months of hire.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare teams.
