**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Clinical Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at our facility in Atkinson, NE. As a CNA, you will provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN). This role requires a strong commitment to delivering age-appropriate care related to the physical and psychological needs of residents.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide assistance with basic health care needs including daily living activities such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs.
- Assist residents with transferring, repositioning, and walking using correct and appropriate transfer techniques and equipment.
- Document resident interactions as needed and the outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary.
- Communicate resident's changing condition and care-related concerns/responses to the charge nurse.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you must have a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care is preferred.
