We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Services Director to lead our nursing team in providing high-quality patient care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our facilities, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Directing nursing and clinical leadership teams to ensure effective patient care delivery
- Providing clinical leadership, consultation, and access to clinical resources for direct patient/resident care departments
- Mentoring and orienting new nursing leaders to their roles
- Advocating for nursing leadership needs in the field and supporting system change initiatives
Qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care related field preferred
- Demonstrated progressive nursing leadership experience; 5 years experience in a long term or post-acute care setting as a Director of Nursing required
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
