New Hope is looking for a highly skilled individual for our Director of Clinical Services position and is a key member of New Hope’s Leadership team. This position oversees the clinical operations throughout New Hope services, ensuring high standards of care through outcomes-based measurements, effective leadership, and employee engagement.
Essential Job Functions and skills
- Provide administrative leadership and coordination of all clinical service lines and ICF Day Activities (e.g., medical, behavioral health, therapies, and nursing)
- Establish, monitor and analyze statistical data, clinical outcomes, productivity reports, and clinical policies/procedures
- Work Collaboratively with other Directors, staff, guardians and stakeholders to ensure open communication, efficient service provision, and high-quality services.
- Meet or exceed regulatory standards for care delivery, including ongoing monitoring of clinical requirements of Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), CARF, DIAL and Iowa HHS
- Ensure Financial solvency of New Hope by assisting in the development and adherence within the budget.
- Foster a positive culture of competency within department and throughout the organization
- Identify and lead the organization through opportunities for growth of services.
- Act as subject matter expert for clinical services.
Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience
Master's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience highly preferred.
or
Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
Relevant experience for this position includes Behavior Analysis, Nursing, Psychology, Clinical Social Work, Public Health or related field.
Licensure Certification
MSN, BCBA, PHD, MSW preferred
