Job Summary:
An administrator oversees the nursing program in a long-term care facility, ensuring high standards of resident care are met. They optimize the geriatric care process to improve service quality and efficiency. The administrator is responsible for the overall quality of care provided by the organization's nursing personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the optimization of the geriatric care process
