**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Nursing Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our long-term care facility. This role is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of care.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff

**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred, but not required
- Five years of nursing experience required, with housing with services, HUD, and/or assisted living experience helpful
- Thorough knowledge of the nursing practice act and standards of nursing care, and a working knowledge of administrative and management techniques
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
