You will also collaborate and communicate with physicians, supervisors, and families to ensure the best care for residents.
Additionally, you will complete resident assessments and supervise LPNs in gathering important data.
Other responsibilities include workforce coordination, admissions and family involvement, comfort and support, and leadership.
Requirements for this role include a graduate degree from a state-approved nursing program, current Iowa LPN license, CPR certification, and excellent attendance and reliability.
