About This Role
We are seeking a dedicated physical therapist to join our team at GSS MN Luverne.
This is a full-time position working day shifts with flexible schedules and opportunities for growth.
Job Summary
We plan, organize, and deliver physical therapy programs to help clients/patients/residents recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities.
- Conduct examinations, evaluations, and interventions on clients/patients/residents affected by injury or disease.
- Utilize tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions following established safeguards.
- Document client's/patient's/resident's information for evaluation and treatment.
- Educate clients/patients/residents and their family members about treatment plans/schedules and self-exercises to be continued at home.

Requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers required or within the first 60 days of employment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of current research and best practices in physical therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
