About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at GSS MN Pine River. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of our residents in long-term care settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents of all ages
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Counsel residents, family members, and/or resident advocates on prevention and treatment plans
- Document resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A graduate degree from an accredited practical nursing program
- An active unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
- Experience working in long-term care settings
- Ability to work effectively with professional and supportive personnel as a member of an interdisciplinary care team
