Job Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents in our residential care setting. This includes assessing resident needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating resident outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
- Coordinate resident care with interdisciplinary teams
- Conduct resident assessments and evaluations
- Provide education to residents and their families
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
- Unencumbered RN license in state of practice
- Experience in long-term care or gerontology
