Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care that meets the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the health, comfort, and safety of residents.
- Administer medications or treatments as ordered and document resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary.
- Participate in the assessment of residents and contribute to the development of care plans.
Qualifications
- Hold an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Complete required annual continuing education units (CEU) and competency training requirements of the department and facility.
