The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a long-term care setting. As a LPN, you will provide professional nursing care to residents of all ages, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
Job Summary
This role involves assessing resident needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve health outcomes. You will also be responsible for collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless care transitions and communicating effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
• Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered

Qualifications
• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Associate degree in practical nursing preferred
• Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
