Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to resident assessments and administer medications or treatments as ordered
- Provide technical support to healthcare professionals as needed
- Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary needs
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with residents, healthcare providers, and the public
Education and Qualifications:
This position requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred, along with completion of required annual continuing education units and competency training requirements.
