**Job Opportunity:**
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Mary Jane Brown long-term care center. As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Document resident interactions and outcomes
- Provide technical support to healthcare professionals as needed
- Counsel residents, family members, and/or resident advocates on prevention and treatment plans
**Requirements:**
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
- Completes required annual continuing education units (CEU) and competency training requirements of the department and facility
