Job Overview
The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. This role involves providing individualized nursing care to residents while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to assess, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to provide high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with resident and family, other inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care.
- Demonstrate competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilize appropriate age and population specific standards as designated in their assigned clinical setting.
- Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, provide education, and perform various nursing interventions.
Requirements:
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
