The Good Samaritan Society seeks a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional care to our residents. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician to deliver comprehensive nursing care.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care
- Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred
- Must hold an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
