Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing direct care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities and providing psychosocial support.
- Working collaboratively with the nursing team to ensure high-quality care and create a positive experience for residents.
- Documenting resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary.
- Communicating resident's changing condition and care-related concerns/responses to the charge nurse.
