Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our team, providing resident-centered care and daily living assistance to our valued residents under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive support with basic health care needs, including daily living activities such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs, and offering psychosocial support and other personal care to assigned residents.
- Assist residents with meals and snacks, provide water and supplements as required.
- Collect non-invasive body fluid specimens and gather vital signs.
- Provide housekeeping and laundry services to aid residents in maintaining clean and operational living areas.
- Participate in departmental committees and task forces as needed.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum age of 16.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing or state certified CNA within four months by being enrolled in a training program or obtaining certification through Endorsement.
