Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED), a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, and prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred. Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing and maintains a record of continuing education credits for each year.

- Aids providers and nursing staff members with procedures as needed
- Documents resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary
