**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team as a part-time evening caregiver. As a CNA, you will provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN). You will assist residents with basic health care needs, including daily living activities, and provide psychosocial support and other personal care.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents
- Assist residents with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, and obtaining and recording vital signs
- Provide psychosocial support and other personal care to assigned residents
- Assist residents with meals and snacks, provide water and supplements as appropriate
- Document resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary
**Requirements:**
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position
- High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
- Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred
