Careers With Purpose
The Good Samaritan Society is a not-for-profit organization with over 100 years of experience in providing housing and services to seniors. Our commitment to quality care and service in a Christian environment sets us apart from other organizations.
As a Nursing Assistant Trainee, you will be part of our team and work closely with licensed nurses to provide holistic client-centered care. You will learn the skills and processes needed to provide care and assistance to clients, promoting independence and client rights in a safe and caring environment.
Your role as a Non-Certified Nursing Assistant will involve working within a designated timeframe to fulfill all training requirements. You will be enrolled in a formal nursing assistant program and will be required to take state knowledge and skills exams to obtain certification.
We offer an attractive benefits package for qualifying full-time and part-time employees, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, work/life balance benefits, and a generous time off package.
If you are interested in a career in long term care, this is an excellent opportunity to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our clients.
