Job Responsibilities
The RN is responsible for coordinating care, conducting resident assessments, providing education, and implementing various nursing interventions. This role may also involve serving as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel, and ensuring safe and reliable administration of resident care.
Qualifications
A graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program is preferred, along with a bachelor's degree in nursing. Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or possesses multistate licensure if practicing in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
