**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled and caring Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to our residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate residents' physical and emotional needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel as needed
- Monitor and report changes in residents' condition
Requirements:
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
