About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Nursing Professional to join our team at Good Samaritan Society. In this role, you will provide exceptional care to residents in long term care settings.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents of all ages under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the physical and psychosocial needs of each resident.
- Conduct assessments, administer medications, and provide technical support to healthcare professionals as needed.
- Document interactions and outcomes related to resident care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary.
Requirements
- Degree in Practical Nursing from an accredited program.
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
