Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and wound care
- Conduct routine health assessments, develop care plans, and document resident interactions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in staff development and continuing education programs
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A current LPN license in good standing
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
