We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the Sioux Falls Village, a long-term care facility in South Dakota. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care to residents, collaborating with healthcare teams, and promoting a culture of excellence in patient care.
Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, working closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to our residents. As an RN, you will assess resident needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide education and support to residents and their families.
Your expertise and skills will be utilized to promote resident health, prevent complications, and facilitate timely interventions. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions, effective communication, and efficient use of resources.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A degree in nursing from a nationally accredited program
- An unencumbered RN license in the state where you will practice
- Multistate licensure if practicing in a compact state
- Ongoing completion of required competencies and certifications
