We are looking for a service-focused, customer orientated RN or LPN Charge Nurse to join our TEAM!
The Charge Nurse will ensure that the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all times in accordance with the State and Federal Regulations and the facility policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities as Charge Nurse include interacting with patients, family members and physicians as well as documenting the residents' data into (MATRIX)medical records. Additional responsibilities include: oversee resident’s care is provided per care plan, work with physicians, and other vendors providing the care the residents. Participate when needed on Interdisciplinary Team to ensure the accuracy and continuity of the resident’s total plan of care. Follow the on-going Quality Improvement Program for the nursing department.
