Position Details
Monday - Friday, Day shift, On Call Schedule
Position Summary
Responsible for the operation and management of Health Services, in keeping with the policies established by the Facility, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and the overall health care of the residents of the facility.
Position Responsibilities
- Oversees clinical policy and procedure practices while supervising all nursing care provided to the skilled residents
- Oversees and collaborates with HR for all nursing department training to ensure competence and successful onboarding of nursing staff
- Lead by example by exhibiting clinical excellence to the clinical team participating as needed with clinical care
- Have oversight of the nursing department quality assurance performance improvement plan
- Provides oversight of all risk management involving clinical care in collaboration with HR and the Administrator
- Provides oversight to clinical services while maintaining a collaborative relationship with all clinical providers
Essential Qualifications and Requirements
Supervising experience: 1 year (Preferred)
2 Year Degree (Required)
License/Certification: RN (Required)
Skilled Nursing Experience (Required)
