Summary of the Position:
Summary of the Position: Promotes the Integrity of the facility Medicare/Medicaid Programs. This includes, but is not limited to timely and accurate completion of MDS/PPS and OBRA assessments; accurate and timely submission of all documents required by CMS and OHFLAC for the purposes of providing facility and resident specific information required for quality reporting and billing. Works with the Interdisciplinary Team, including the Care Plan Coordinator, to ensure the resident assessment schedule and care plans meet the required time frames and intent.
Education and Experience Requirements:
A current, valid West Virginia RN nursing license
Minimum of 5 years of long term care experience
Good Geriatric Assessment skills
Knowledge of federal and state regulations
Job Type: Full-time
