Enhances location effectiveness by providing information management support, answering and triaging phone calls, scheduling and providing appointments related as necessary.

Answers & triages telephone calls

Maintains staff utilization calendar

Maintains daily statistics

Order and monitor supplies

DOCUMENTATION

Maintains departmental meeting minute

Tracks staff license expiration, certifications and regulatory body requirements where applicable

Fax/file when indicated

Prepares file information as directed
