As a Senior Staff Accountant , you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will play a key role in financial reporting and operational efficiency for growing businesses.
Key Responsibilities :
- General Ledger Management : Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Month-End & Year-End Close : Prepare and post journal entries, assist in financial statement preparation, and reconcile accounts.
- Financial Reporting : Generate and analyze financial reports to provide insights into company performance.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable Oversight : Support AP and AR functions, ensuring timely processing and reconciliations.
- Variance Analysis : Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic financial decisions.
- Audit & Compliance : Support external and internal audits by preparing documentation and ensuring adherence to financial regulations.
- Process Improvement : Identify and implement efficiencies in accounting operations and reporting.
