Corporate Support Coordinator - Atlanta

Under the supervision of the Events & Corporate Support Supervisor, the incumbent will serve as a cross-functional hub, working closely with other Business Insights team members as well as sales, marketing, and IT departments to facilitate smooth office operations, maintaining a supportive, organized, and fun office environment.

Candidates must reside in or around Atlanta to be considered for this role.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions

Provides office support to enhance the optimal functioning of physical presence in the office.

  • Retrieves mail/packages, organizes, and scans mail daily to the correct individuals while maintaining the utmost confidentiality.
  • Monitors office supplies daily and submits supply order requests to manager, weekly or as needed.
  • Orders/stocks community snacks/beverages daily, ensuring that refreshments are available for meetings/events.
  • Plans and orders office lunches each week, ensuring dietary restrictions are accommodated and meal quantities align with the expected in-person employee count.
  • Assists in planning and executing internal company events such as sales meetings, the annual company holiday party, department offsite lunches/dinners, and engagement activities.
  • Monitors office maintenance requests to building management, scheduling repairs with outside vendors, maintaining clean and organized office space, and coordinating document shredding when necessary.

Performs weekly and monthly reporting and administrative updates to support accurate company analytics.

  • Generates weekly reports for key retailers, distributors, channels and markets
  • Downloads and formats survey data while performing weekly VIP Data audits; identifies and resolves discrepancies by working with respective functional areas to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provides display photos to Marketing, Business Insights and Sales teams using Karma/Yammer.
  • Updates assortment files, audits topper counting data, and performs monthly coding maintenance for properties and toppers.
  • Coordinates and runs Channel, Tools & Assets (CTA) meetings every 4 weeks

Provides ongoing sales operations support.

  • Coordinates ad hoc requests for custom point-of-sale material requests, new hire apparel, and rush sample requests.
  • Generates DSD colored mapping and updates, as needed.
  • Uses Mapline to optimize Crew Drive and intern routes, as requested

Required:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Profound attention to detail and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of experience as an Assistant or Coordinator
