Under the direction of the VP of Sales & National Accounts US, the National Account Manager Walmart / Club is responsible for managing and growing sales in Walmart, Costco, Sams Club, and BJs. The National Account Manager Walmart / Club will focus on driving sales and share growth through gaining everyday points of distribution and maximizing points of interruption through displays and permanent placement in high-traffic areas of the store. This person is expected to develop strong relationships across the customers organization in both merchandising and replenishment / inventory control as well as fostering senior-level relationships. This person is also expected to work cross-functionally to ensure we are meeting these customers service expectations.
Primary Responsibilities :
Develops, maintains, and improves client relationships with Walmart / Sams Club.
- Develop and execute a tailored sales plan for Walmart / Club Channel to achieve or exceed annual sales goals, in collaboration with the CEO / VP of Sales.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders at the headquarter level by assuring strong execution and regular touchpoints with buyers to be certain we are in tune with their evolving goals, strategies and tactics.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) necessary to drive desired outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Conduct weekly Walmart performance meetings and other meetings as appropriate for Club Channel customers. Prepare quarterly business reviews to evaluate performance, provide actionable insights, and identify growth opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Walmart / Club Channel merchants and replenishment buyers, fostering trust and collaboration to align on mutual objectives, while meeting approved channel level goals.
Forecasts, reports, and analyzes market trends.
Represents good2grow and generates new business leads.
