We’re seeking a Project Executive who will be responsible for driving project success from start to finish, managing costs, building relationships with clients, and contributing to business development efforts. This role offers the opportunity to work on aerospace projects while adapting to projects in other sectors as well, all while focusing on the Florida market .
What You’ll Do :
Project Leadership & Execution – Take the lead in managing project teams, ensuring successful delivery, and meeting both budget and timeline goals.
Cost Management & Estimating – Oversee project budgets, track costs, and ensure profitability while maintaining the project schedule.
Client Relationship Management – Cultivate strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and positioning the company for future opportunities.
Sales & Business Development – Play an active role in securing new projects and contributing to the company’s growth strategy.
Team Coordination – Work with diverse teams across the company, ensuring project goals are met and maintaining a steady workflow.
Adapt Across Sectors – While aerospace is the focus, the role offers the opportunity to work across multiple industries , bringing your broad experience to the table.
What We’re Looking For :
- 15 years of experience in the construction industry, including project management or executive leadership .
- Strong expertise in cost management , scheduling, estimating, and client relations.
- Proven ability to oversee complex projects and lead teams to success.
- Experience across multiple sectors —aerospace experience is a bonus, but the flexibility to adapt to various markets is key.
- Exceptional sales, leadership, and management skills .
- Willingness to work locally in Florida and assist with out-of-state projects when required.
