About the Opportunity:
A highly respected and growing heavy civil contractor is seeking a seasoned Regional Vice President to lead operations and oversee major infrastructure projects across Southern California. This is a high-impact role with significant leadership visibility and influence across large-scale transportation and infrastructure work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level oversight of active and future projects within the LA/OC region
- Lead operations and coordinate major infrastructure projects, including preconstruction, execution, and delivery
- Manage complex, multi-disciplinary scopes of work
- Ensure operational excellence, resource allocation, and client relationship management across multiple projects
- Mentor and develop project teams to ensure quality, safety, and performance objectives are achieved
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 15 years of progressive leadership experience in heavy civil and transportation infrastructure
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, complex joint ventures, and major initiatives
- Strong strategic mindset with hands-on operational leadership
- Ability to lead within integrated teams in fast-paced environments
- High credibility and integrity with owners, partners, and internal teams
