Warehouse Coordinator

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for working in three Goode Company warehouses, assisting with shipping and receiving, and supervising temporary warehouse staff in the given quarter. The Warehouse Lead will play a critical role in maintaining efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
  • Help manage inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels, protection of stored assets, and safe delivery to locations.
  • Assist in conducting regular inventory counts.
• Shipping and Receiving:
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing restaurant orders.
  • Support order fulfillment for ecommerce orders through our Hall of Flame business, and Goode Co Grocer business. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to our customers.
  • Oversee loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
• Staff Supervision:
  • Supervise temporary warehouse personnel in the 4th quarter.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to ensure smooth operations.
• Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and inventory movements.
  • Print and fulfill orders in our systems.

Requirements:

• Must be available to work MON – FRI between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5 PM. These hours can extend during busy weeks in Q4.

• The ability to speak Spanish and English is extremely beneficial.
• Forklift certification (preferred).
• Proven experience in a warehouse or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills. Needs to respond to e-mail and phone inquiries quickly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Must be able to lift up and move up to 55 lbs.
