About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to serve as a Project Manager. The Project Manager’s primary responsibility is to ensure projects are accurately scoped, documented and completed on time — owning key details and communication from project kick off to the delivery of the final finished goods. As such, the Project Manager liaises with all cross functional teams including Sales, Planning, Manufacturing, and Quality. Most importantly, the Project Manager is the main point of contact for the client/brand and responsible for building the relationship and delivering white-glove customer service.

What You'll Do
- Organize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects/client portfolios
- Handle and resolve complex customer requests and/or complaints
- Develop project timelines and track key dates and deliverables accordingly
- Provide status reports to internal teams as well as the client, highlighting areas of risk or potential roadblocks requiring assistance to mitigate
- Provide detailed meeting notes and document feedback and trackable action items
- Cross department coordination and communication of essential deadlines, project commitments, and quality requirements
- Internal process development

- Bachelor’s Degree
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience, with 2-3 years working in a project management or account management role within a client service environment such as consulting services, marketing/advertising agencies, or software development companies
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar project management certification (preferred but not required)
- Ability to multitask and execute under tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Interest and/or experience in the beauty and personal care space
