Salary $42,000 - $45,000
GoodLife Innovations is an award-winning and nationally recognized leader in services for adults with disabilities. We are seeking a personable, professional, and caring individual to join our team as a Recruiter!
As a Recruiter, you will manage the recruitment and hiring of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who provide care for the individuals we serve. You will interview, hire, and onboard qualified DSPs, coordinate pre-employment screening, and create and maintain employment records.

Some duties include:
- Reviewing job applications
- Conducting phone screens and interviews
- Coordinating new hire paperwork and pre-employment screening (criminal background and MVR checks)
- Communicating with hiring managers
- Maintaining confidential employee files and assisting with other HR projects
- Ensuring a seamless transition for new employees through a friendly, welcoming demeanor
Some qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Psychology, preferred
- Experience in HR, Recruiting, or similar field, preferred
- Ability to self-direct and follow specific processes independently
- Strong skills in organization and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills, specifically with Google applications such as Gmail, Drive, Docs, and Sheets
- Ability to effectively organize calendars and tasks, with strong skills in follow-up and multitasking
