PROJECT MANAGER

The Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing the building process of various construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining project timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Permit Acquisition : Retrieve and obtain necessary permits to construct in specific communities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and ordinances.
- Client Communication : Communicate effectively with clients to understand project goals and expectations. Act as a liaison between clients and subcontractors to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resource Management : Determine required resources including manpower, equipment, and materials, while adhering to budgetary limitations. Procure necessary resources and manage inventory to ensure project efficiency.
- Supervision : Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in the project. Provide guidance, support, and direction as needed to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Timeline Management : Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and milestones. Proactively identify and address any delays or obstacles to keep the project on track.
- Budget Oversight : Monitor project expenditures and expenses, tracking costs against budget allocations. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize project financial performance.
- Quality Control : Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure construction standards are met or exceeded. Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance checks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks and hazards associated with the project and develop mitigation strategies to minimize exposure. Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
