Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, your key responsibility will be to serve as a vital team member associated with managing all aspects of the project resulting in completion on time, within budget, and with quality that exceeds the expectations of our clients.
A. Project Estimation
- Develop pricing and cost for civil and municipal construction projects.
- Read and understand project plans and specifications to quote jobs in a competitive environment.
- Work with vendors to ensure the specifications are met accordingly.
B. Project Start Up
- Forecast and analyze construction costs, exposures, and profits.
- Develop a schedule for all phases of the build.
- Assist with permits, required due dates, and communicate any impact to the proposed schedule.
C. Project Build
- In conjunction with the Project Superintendent, lead, direct and coordinate the day-to-day management and construction activities.
- Manage project costs, through ongoing evaluations of labor, material, and equipment.
- The liaison between the client, subcontractors, and government officials.
D. Project Closeout
- Ensure substantial completion as defined in the specifications.
- Assist with the submission of recorded drawings.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

What it takes to join our team
- 1 year of relevant work experience in the construction industry
- Some secondary education in construction management/estimating, construction technology, or equivalent experience is required.
