What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll support the General Manager in leading day-to-day operations, ensuring the team delivers an exceptional guest experience, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Leadership & Team Development
- Assist in hiring, training, and coaching employees to ensure high performance and positive culture.
- Lead by example, setting the tone for professionalism, teamwork, and customer service.
- Supervise shifts, ensuring smooth front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Operations & Customer Experience
- Ensure food quality, safety, and presentation meet company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns and maintaining a guest-first approach.
Financial & Administrative Support
- Help track daily sales and labor costs to maintain efficient operations.
- Assist in scheduling staff to align with business needs.
- Support catering, third-party delivery operations, and community engagement.
What You’ll Bring
✅ Leadership Experience – Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in food service or hospitality.

Requirements
- Must be available to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-40 lbs occasionally.
- ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months).
- Experience in fast-casual, quick-service, or hospitality management is a plus.
