Competitive Pay & Career Growth
Our Operator I position base pay starts at $85,000. We provide a structured career progression based on skills, experience, and performance with advancement available to Operator II and Operator III roles.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Conducting routine facility visits and visual inspections of sites, pipelines, and equipment.
- Performing minor mechanical repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Monitoring pipeline pressures, flow rates, and reporting key operational data.
- Performing pipeline operations, including valve inspection, block valve maintenance, leak detection, and transfer pump operation.
- Assisting with utility and pipeline locates, responding to Onecalls, and overseeing excavation work.
- Serving as the company representative for line crossings, Hydrovac services, and backfilling operations.
- Assisting pumpers with maintenance, repairs, and operational troubleshooting.
- Accurately recording operational data and maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Monitoring and supporting on-site subcontractors and providing feedback to management.
- Traveling to multiple sites as needed to support operations.
- Driving and maintaining a company vehicle safely and responsibly.
- Performing monthly NORM, SPCC, and site inspections, documenting findings in the work order system.
