Provider Relations Coordinator (20 hours/week, Flexible Hours)

MendWell is a specialty pelvic health physical therapy practice, while Whole Body Health PT provides expert orthopedic physical therapy care. Both are sister practices dedicated to high-quality, patient-centered treatment, and we are looking for a motivated team member to help strengthen our relationships with referring providers and the community.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Provider Relations Coordinator to build and maintain relationships with local medical providers, wellness professionals, and community organizations on behalf of both of our practices, Mendwell and Whole Body Health PT. A significant portion of this role involves in-person visits to provider offices to foster connections and educate them about our services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with referring providers and community partners for both clinics practices.
- Conduct in-person visits to medical offices, wellness clinics, and other referral sources.
- Coordinate and execute outreach efforts, including phone calls, email follow-ups, and regular in-person drop-ins.
- Track referral sources, outreach efforts, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Provider Relations team on upcoming outreach campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare, marketing, sales, or community outreach preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation is required for travel to provider offices and events (mileage reimbursement available).
- Passion for pelvic health, orthopedic physical therapy, or wellness is a plus.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
- $20/hour, plus referral bonuses.
- Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel.
