- Operational Excellence: Ensure the retail store runs efficiently and effectively.
- Talent Management: Ensure employees are trained and developed; manage store personnel needs
- Performance & Standards: Ensure financial and business control through reporting and communication.
- Services & Programs: Ensure continued community involvement and education around Goodwill-Easter Seals
- Safety: Help contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for employees and customers.
- Typical starting pay range: $52,500 - $77,050 per year

- Work-life balance: every/other weekend rotation (DGR Leadership only), no overnights or late closing shifts, and limited holiday hours
- GESMN retail locations are closed New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day!

Required Knowledge & Skills:
